3D Station

This project captures a cinematic moment of a solitary satellite orbiting high above Earth, suspended between the calm darkness of space and the dynamic, cloud-filled atmosphere below. I wanted to emphasize scale, silence, and contrast — the tiny man-made object against the vast, living planet.

The scene was created in Blender with a focus on realistic lighting, atmospheric depth, and orbital perspective. Special attention was given to the Earth’s cloud patterns, subtle color gradients, and the soft rim light from the sun to enhance realism and mood. The satellite was modeled and textured to feel functional and believable, while still reading clearly against the background.

This piece explores the feeling of isolation in space and the quiet role satellites play as unseen guardians of our world.
